Parents, community leaders, and staff members play a major role in the lives of our children. Our duty is to serve first, educate second, and advocate third.

Employers recognize and understand the various skills, attitudes, and knowledge future employees need. Social and emotional skills are skills employers look for in a strong candidate/employee. After school programs have a role to play in supporting the development of these skills for all youth.
